All good. Clean electrostatic filter quarterly for good venting- air flow. Joe and Jeremy are fast, professional, knowledgeable and charge reasonably. Good value and reliable. Joe and Jeremy installed new Goodman furnace Winter 2024. Had some problems with venting blockage, over heating furnace, shutting doen. Jeremy fixed it by installing new vent pipe. Problem solved. Joe came out n diagnosed problem AC. Cut wire on backflow component. Fixed by jumping circuit with alligator clips and AC worked fine for about 2 yrs. Now it has quit again, 2nd service call 9/7/23. ??? New issue? 2-3 calls gas furnace. Replaced ignitor, inducer, thermostat. Old furnace heat box was leaking condensation, rusted, failed components. Had to replace entire furnace - new Goodman gas furnace $8K. Techs were professional and helpful. Turned out to be much more expensive than I anticipated. No real warranty on labor or multiple component failures. $200 every call to roll truck. I hope this fix lasts more than 12-24 months. Josh came and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Same day service too! I had closed up too many vents (mistakenly thinking it would save money). Josh put in the extra effort and the problem was solved.
