Fantastic communication, quick scheduling, and honest! Turned out it was just a setting that was causing my issue. No service repair was needed.

I don’t know much about heating systems. First time I’ve called for assistance. The technician seemed knowledgeable; checked the pressure on the heat pump unit outside and assessed it full and the fan was working. He noted the wall unit in the kitchen was working. He then recommended calling again come summer if the air conditioner doesn’t cool enough because of the temperature outside.

On time and efficiently diagnosed and repaired our AC unit

Our 31 year old Air/Con condenser stopped working on a 100 degree July day. I called Multnomah and they came out later that same week. All the refrigerant had leaked out of our unit and it was toast. The tech gave us an estimate to replace it and we agreed. The installation date was nearly two weeks out, but few hours later someone from Multnomah called and said they could shuffle some maintenance customers around and do the install only eight days later. Great!! They kept us informed thru text and the tech arrived on time, was professional and nice. Our house is cool again and the price was in line with what other companies would have charged. This company has improved since we first used them in 2010. Recommended.
